Instrumentation

Honsberg was originally founded in Germany in 1963 as a manufacturer of mechanical flow switches. A decade later they expanded their product range to include level, temperature and pressure control and measurement instrumentation. In 1990 they introduced their electric instrumentation range, followed in 1998 by the OMNI integrated transmitter system. Today Honsberg services industrial engineering market segments with standard instrumentation as well as customised solutions and OEM development.

Martens Elektronik GmbH was established in Germany in 1988 and is a well known supplier in the field of measuring, control and process measurement. Their product range which consists of transmitters, panel meters and sensors with converters for process control measurement started with the universal transmitter MU1000. Their standard and customised devices cover a wide range of manual or electrical indicators for most industry sectors.
- Process instrumentation

KSR Kuebler has been designing and manufacturing measurement and control devices for liquids and bulk materials in Germany for over 40 years. They first invented the magnetic switch, and later developed the magnetic float switch, the level sensor and the bypass level indicator.
Kuebler today manufactures a broad range of level measurement devices covering temperatures up to 450°C and pressures up to 40 MPa. They tailor-make solutions for chemical and pharmaceutical plants, the offshore oil industry, shipbuilding, plant construction, the food & beverage industry, water purification plants and an ever-growing number of applications in the environmental industry.
- Industrial level equipment

Safmag, ruggedly designed flow meters renowned for their reliability and wide range of applications, are manufactured in Durban. The electromagnetic flow meter is a tried and trusted maintenance-free industrial flow measurement device, with no moving parts.
The Safmag enables accurate metering of conductive fluids. It consists of a primary flow head that contains no electronic parts and a separate signal converter, which utilises a new generation of multi-tasking microprocessor for simultaneous handling of all functions.
- Process flow meters

German-manufactured sampling and analysing systems for quality assurance in water-steam circuits of power stations, steam generation plants and for the chemical industry.

SED was founded in Germany in 1984 and specialises in the development, manufacture and distribution of sophisticated valve technology and flow meters, their main focus being on the aseptic diaphragm valve and all corresponding components. With more than 20 years of experience and continuous research and development, they guarantee the highest product quality and reliability in all process applications.
