Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Policy

Operational Marketing is formally compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 quality management requirements. An audit was performed by independent testing and assessment services company TÜV Rheinland and the certificate awarded at the beginning of August 2011. View/Download ISO certificate.

In-house training with regard to system procedures are conducted on a weekly basis to ensure that all our employees are aware of internal as well as external specifications. This ensures that the SHEQ management system is widely entrenched throughout our organisation.

Furthermore, we contracted the services of Dariqua Quality Consultants to assist us with the implementation and maintenance of the SHEQ system.

Environment and Quality Policy

In order to demonstrate our long-term desire to be recognised as a future preferred supplier to our clients, we have undertaken to implement a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the relevant codes of practice.

Management and employees of Operational Marketing are committed to comply with the requirements and furthermore to create a culture of continuous improvement which will be mutually beneficial to our clients and our organisation. Our ultimate objective is to achieve our customers' satisfaction by ensuring that all products / services conform to the required specifications, be cost-effective and delivered on time.

Furthermore, employees are encouraged to participate in creating a safe and healthy working environment by being actively involved in our SHE programme by reporting any incidents, unsafe acts or unhealthy conditions. Before commencing major projects we will conduct an assessment and take the necessary steps to address any possible environmental impacts.
